As the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) & Principal of Nediam Consultants Inc., she leads our strategic communications firm, specializing in integrated event production, marketing, and public relations.

In 2016, Kadrieka established Nediam Consultants with a clear vision: to bridge creativity and precision in delivering high-impact experiences for corporations, government agencies, nonprofits, and global brands. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a trusted partner for organizations seeking to design, manage, and amplify initiatives that build meaningful connections with their audiences. The company’s portfolio includes high-profile collaborations with AfroTech, the National Footbal Leauge (NFL), NBC Universal, the U.S. Department of State, the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and BET, among others.

Philanthropic & Educational Contributions

Kadrieka has also contributed her expertise to philanthropic initiatives, including co-founding Fashion Fights Poverty (FFP)—once recognized by the Washington Post as the “Fashion Event of the Year”—and serving on the junior board of Knock Out Abuse (KOA). She holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Southern University A&M College.
